In the south the slaves were valued because the of the hard work they did in the cotton for no pay.The slaves would sometimes be separated from their family.If they slowed down they would be whipped to go faster.

Ive learned that Harriet Tubman led runaway slaves to the the
underground railroad and she helped over 100 slaves escaped
from slavery.What I liked about the underground railroad
is that they put allot of information.

Ive learned about the life of slaves and learned about
slaves that escaped and were beaten.What I liked
about the life of slaves is that they had good
pictures and put good information in it.

kaden C.2 The underground rail rode was used for the slaves to escape the south and get to the north.The underground rail rode also had safe homes for the slaves to stay to rest or stay over night.A women named Harriet Tubman lead the slaves from the south to the north and to Delaware.
